Scope

This cancellation policy covers all recurring subscription services offered by EGPHP, including web hosting, VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers, and the EGPNL control panel.

How to Cancel

You can request cancellation at any time by contacting us through the same channels listed in our Subscription Terms:

Notice Period

To avoid the next billing charge, cancellation must reach us before the billing date. If notice is not received, the period is billed at 100% with no amendments or refunds.

Refunds After Cancellation

Billing for these digital services is non-refundable and cannot be modified once charged. This mirrors the rules in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Subscription Terms.

  • يجب وصول طلب الإلغاء قبل موعد الفوترة التالي؛ إذا لم يصل يُحصّل كامل قيمة الدورة بنسبة 100٪.
  • الخدمة غير قابلة للاسترداد أو التعديل بعد الدفع، وذلك وفق سياسة الاسترداد وشروط الاشتراك.
