Scope
This policy applies to all recurring subscription services offered by EGPHP, including web hosting, VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers, and the EGPNL control panel.
- All services are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
- Terms here align with our published Subscription Terms.
- Payments are processed securely through Paymob; card details are not stored on EGPHP servers.

Notice
Cancellation must reach us before the next billing date. If notice is not received in time, the charge for that period remains due at 100% of the billing value.
Refunds for Subscriptions
Our services are non-refundable once billed. Because capacity is provisioned immediately for your account, charges cannot be reversed or partially refunded after payment has been captured.
- Non-Refundable: Charges are final and cannot be amended or modified after payment.
- No-show / no cancellation: If you fail to cancel before the billing date, the full amount is payable.
- Processing confirmation: Should an exceptional refund be mandated by applicable law, processing would occur to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Digital/Intangible Nature of the Service
EGPHP provides digital, server-based services. Once resources are provisioned and activated for your account, they cannot be physically returned. For this reason, billing periods are non-refundable and cannot be reversed once started.

سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء
النطاق
- تنطبق السياسة على جميع خدمات الاشتراك المتكرر: الاستضافة، VPS، السيرفرات السحابية والمخصصة، ولوحة التحكم EGPNL.
- الفوترة تتم بشكل دوري وفقًا لشروط الاشتراك المنشورة.

يجب وصول طلب الإلغاء قبل موعد الفوترة التالي. إذا لم يصل، تُحصَّل رسوم الدورة كاملة بنسبة 100٪.
الاسترداد للاشتراكات
- غير قابل للاسترداد: الاشتراك غير قابل للإلغاء أو الاسترداد بعد الدفع.
- عدم الإلغاء قبل الفوترة: يُعامل كعدم حضور ويتم تحصيل قيمة الاشتراك كاملة.
- استثناء قانوني فقط: أي رد استثنائي يفرضه القانون يُعاد عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 14 يوم عمل.
طبيعة الخدمة الرقمية
الخدمات المقدمة رقمية وسيرفرية، وبعد تخصيص الموارد وتفعيلها لا يمكن "إرجاعها"، لذا تكون الفترات الجارية غير قابلة للاسترداد أو الإلغاء بعد بدئها.
