Where is EGPHP located?
EGPHP is based in Cairo, Egypt. Our address is Sharbia, Cairo, Egypt. We serve clients across Egypt, the Middle East, and internationally.
What are your business hours?
Our official business hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Egypt Time). Friday and Saturday are holidays. However, our technical support is available 24/7 for urgent server issues.

What is EGPNL and why should I use it?
EGPNL is our proprietary server control panel designed specifically for Nginx web servers. Unlike traditional panels like cPanel or Plesk, EGPNL is optimized for high-performance Nginx configurations. Features include:

How fast is the service activation?
Hosting plans: Activated instantly after successful payment. You'll receive your login credentials within minutes.

VPS & Cloud Servers: Usually provisioned within 1-4 hours.

Dedicated Servers: Setup typically takes 24-48 hours as we configure hardware specifically for your needs.
Do you provide free SSL certificates?
Yes! All our hosting plans include free SSL certificates through Let's Encrypt. SSL is automatically installed and renewed. For enterprise clients, we also support custom SSL certificates from providers like DigiCert, Comodo, and GlobalSign.
What is your uptime guarantee?
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all our hosting and server services. In the rare event of downtime exceeding this threshold, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our Service Level Agreement.

Payment & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods through our secure payment partner Paymob:
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Meeza
  • Mobile Wallets: Vodafone Cash, Orange Money, Etisalat Cash, WE Pay, CIB Smart Wallet
  • ValU: Buy now, pay later installment plans
All payments are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Paymob, a licensed payment gateway regulated by the Central Bank of Egypt. Your card details are transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption and are never stored on our servers. Paymob is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring the highest level of payment security.
How does subscription billing work?
Our subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis:
  • Your card is charged automatically on the same date each month
  • You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before renewal
  • You can cancel anytime by contacting us at least 24 hours before the next billing date
  • After cancellation, service remains active until the end of your paid period

Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
  • New subscribers: Full refund within 7 days of initial subscription
  • Service issues: Pro-rated refund if we fail to deliver the agreed service
  • Monthly renewals: No refunds after the 7-day period for recurring charges
Refund requests are processed within 14 business days. Contact us at m@egphp.com to request a refund.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails:
  • We'll automatically retry after 24 hours
  • You'll receive an email notification about the failed payment
  • After 3 failed attempts (over 7 days), your service may be suspended
  • Update your payment method or contact us to resolve the issue

Do you offer migration services?
Yes! We offer free migration assistance for new hosting and server customers. Our technical team will help transfer your website, databases, and email accounts from your previous host with minimal downtime. Contact us after subscribing to arrange your migration.
