Professional Email on Your Domain

Create professional email addresses like info@yourdomain.com or john@yourdomain.com using your EGPHP hosting account.

Creating an Email Account

Log in to EGPNL

Access your control panel using your credentials.

Go to Email Section

Click on Email or Email Accounts in the sidebar.

Select Domain

Choose the domain you want to create an email address for.

Click Create Email Account

Click the Add Email or Create Email Account button.

Enter Details

Fill in the username (the part before @) and create a strong password.

Set Quota (Optional)

Set the mailbox storage limit or use unlimited (if your plan allows).

Create

Click Create to finish. Your email account is now active!

Password Tip: Use a strong password with at least 12 characters including letters, numbers, and symbols.

Common Email Addresses

Consider creating these standard email addresses:

  • info@ - General inquiries
  • support@ - Customer support
  • sales@ - Sales inquiries
  • admin@ - Administrative matters
  • noreply@ - Automated emails

Accessing Your Email

Webmail

Access email directly in your browser:

  1. Go to https://yourdomain.com/webmail
  2. Or access via EGPNL: Email → Webmail
  3. Enter your full email address and password

Managing Email Accounts

Change Password

  1. Go to Email in EGPNL
  2. Find the email account
  3. Click Edit or the settings icon
  4. Enter new password and save

Change Quota

  1. Go to Email in EGPNL
  2. Find the email account
  3. Click Edit
  4. Adjust the quota and save

Delete Email Account

  1. Go to Email in EGPNL
  2. Find the email account
  3. Click Delete
  4. Confirm deletion
Warning: Deleting an email account permanently removes all emails in that mailbox. Back up important emails first!

Email Server Settings

For reference, here are the standard email server settings:

  • Incoming Server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993 (SSL)
  • Incoming Server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 995 (SSL)
  • Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
