Email Server Settings
Use these settings to configure any email client:
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Email Address | your-email@yourdomain.com |
| Username | your-email@yourdomain.com (full email) |
| Password | Your email password |
| Incoming Server (IMAP) | mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, SSL |
| Incoming Server (POP3) | mail.yourdomain.com, Port 995, SSL |
| Outgoing Server (SMTP) | mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS) |

Troubleshooting
Authentication Failed
- Verify your email and password are correct
- Ensure username is the full email address
- Check if the email account exists in EGPNL
Cannot Connect to Server
- Verify server hostname is correct
- Check port numbers and encryption type
- Try alternative ports (465 or 587 for SMTP)
Emails Not Sending
- Ensure SMTP authentication is enabled
- Check outgoing server settings
- Verify SSL/TLS is enabled
Firewall: Some networks block email ports. Try using port 587 with TLS if port 465 doesn't work.
