Stop the Renewal from Your Account
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Services and choose the service.
- Press Stop renewal and confirm.
Renewal stops at the end of the paid period. No refund is given for the current or any earlier period.
What Happens Next
- The service keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Paymob is told to stop the subscription, so no further charge is made.
- The service page shows the date the renewal stops.
Back up first: copy your files, databases and email before the period ends. Once a service has ended, we cannot promise its data is still there.
Domains
A domain is not a subscription: it is registered for a fixed term. Open it under Domains in your account to see when it expires.
