How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your EGPHP Dashboard
  2. Go to SupportOpen Ticket
  3. Select Billing/Refund Request as the category
  4. Include in your message:
    • Invoice number or service name
    • Reason for refund request
    • Date of purchase
  5. Submit the ticket

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approval: 1-2 business days
  • Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank/Card: Additional 5-10 days (depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: Usually instant after processing
Same Method: Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, you may receive a partial refund:

  • If you used the service for part of the billing period
  • If there were non-refundable components (domains, setup fees)
  • If promotional discounts applied to the original purchase

Account Credit Option

Instead of a cash refund, you can choose to receive:

  • Account Credit: Full value applied to your EGPHP account
  • Credit can be used for any future purchase
  • Credit never expires
  • Often processed faster than cash refunds

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Request is outside the refund window
  • Service was suspended for Terms of Service violation
  • Significant resources were consumed (bandwidth, storage abuse)
  • Service was used for illegal activities
  • Chargeback was already filed (dispute through payment provider instead)
Chargebacks: Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in immediate account termination and may affect future purchases.

Special Circumstances

Service Issues

If you're requesting a refund due to technical issues:

  • Please contact support first - we may be able to fix it!
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, refund eligibility extends
  • Service credits may be offered for downtime

Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally ordered a service:
