Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit Cards: Most bank debit cards
  • PayPal: Pay via PayPal balance or linked accounts
  • Bank Transfer: Available for annual plans (Egypt only)

Add a New Payment Method

Go to Payment Methods

Log in to your dashboard and navigate to BillingPayment Methods.

Click Add Payment Method

Click the Add New Card or Add Payment Method button.

Enter Card Details

Fill in your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.

Save Card

Click Save. Your card will be verified with a small temporary charge.

Secure Storage: We use industry-standard encryption. Your full card number is never stored on our servers.

Set Default Payment Method

If you have multiple payment methods:

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Find the card you want as default
  3. Click Set as Default

The default method is used for automatic payments and one-click checkout.

Update Existing Card

If your card details changed (new expiration date, etc.):

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Click Edit on the card
  3. Update the expiration date or billing address
  4. Click Save Changes
New Card Number? If your card number changed (new card issued), you'll need to add it as a new payment method and remove the old one.

Remove Payment Method

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Find the card you want to remove
  3. Click Delete or the trash icon
  4. Confirm the removal
Auto Pay: If you remove your only payment method, automatic payments will be disabled. Add a new method to keep auto-pay active.

Enable Automatic Payments

Never miss a payment with auto-pay:

  1. Add a payment method (see above)
  2. Go to Billing Settings
  3. Toggle Enable Auto Pay on
  4. Select your preferred payment method

Invoices will be automatically paid on their due date.

Troubleshooting

Card Declined

  • Verify card details are entered correctly
  • Check your card hasn't expired
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available
  • Contact your bank if international transactions are blocked

PayPal Issues

  • Ensure your PayPal account is verified
  • Check PayPal balance or linked payment source
  • Try logging into PayPal directly to verify status
