How You Pay
Every payment is taken by Paymob, a payment gateway licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt. You enter your card on Paymob's payment page, never on ours, and we never see or store the full card number.
At checkout, Paymob shows the payment options available for your order.
Saved Cards
- A card is saved when you pay, if you allow it on the payment page. There is no separate form for adding a card.
- Your saved cards are under Payment methods in your account.
- Use by default marks the card you prefer. A renewal is charged by Paymob to the card its subscription was started with.
Removing a Card
- Press Remove: the card is removed here and at the payment gateway.
- A card that a running service renews on cannot be removed until that service is stopped.
- If it is your only card and a service renews, the next renewal cannot be charged.
Paying a Service with Another Card
Open a request from Support in your account and name the service; we tell you how to move it to the card you want.
