Where Your Invoices Are
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Invoices under Billing.
Every payment gets an invoice with VAT shown separately. An invoice is issued for a payment already made, so there is never an unpaid invoice to settle.
What an Invoice Shows
- Number and date: a unique invoice number and the day the payment was made.
- Net and VAT: the amount before tax and the 14% VAT, shown separately.
- Your currency: amounts are shown in the currency you saw at checkout, at the rate of the day the invoice was issued.
The PDF and the Official Tax Invoice
- Press Download to save an invoice as a PDF.
- When the official tax invoice is issued, it appears on the same line as Official tax invoice and you are notified.
- If a payment is reversed, a credit note appears beside the invoice it cancels.
Billing Questions
Open a request from Support in your account and include the invoice number.
